 🌿To reduce the environmental impact of returns, we have a no return policy on ALL personalized items and a 15% restoking fee for eligible ilo collection⭐ pieces. This helps us minimize unnecessary shipping, packaging, and waste, keeping our carbon footprint low. 

By making thoughtful purchases, you're joining us in creating a more sustainable world, one wardrobe at a time.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and transparency is the key.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in the ilo collection⭐.
• 💸Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to accepted returns on designated ilo collections.
• 🚫Final Sale Items: All custom embroidery and personalized garments are not eligible for return.
• 🚚Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
•  Defects: If your item is defective (ripped) or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right. (please open your package carefully, ilo is not responsible for damage✂️).
• 💳Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
